Catch it in the night
Woke up from a dream? Don't sit up yet. Say or type a few words before they fade. It works offline, and fragments are perfect.

How it works
You write your dream down in detail and give it a less stressful ending. Maybe you go from the victim to the victor. Then you practice the new version for a few minutes before bed.

Woke up from a dream? Don't sit up yet. Say or type a few words before they fade. It works offline, and fragments are perfect.

Before bed, set aside a few minutes to describe the dream. A gentle guide asks up to 4 short questions, so the new ending fits your dream.

Pick 1 of 3 new endings, edit one, or write your own. You're the director now: change anything.

Lie back and listen to your 2-minute Dream Journey. Miss a night and just pick up the next one. Your count never resets.
The method
Practicing your new ending most nights for about 3 weeks gives it time to settle in.
Dream Doctor is built around imagery rehearsal: you rewrite the part of a recurring dream that scares you, then rehearse the new version while you're awake and relaxed. Over about 3 weeks, it can start to change the dream itself.
Each night you relax, replay your new ending, and let the scene stay with you as you drift off. In the morning, a 1-minute check-in tracks how often the dream comes back and how intense it feels, so you can see what's changing.
Dream Doctor is a self-help tool. It is not medical advice or a formal nightmare treatment. One new technique among many.
