Email support@thedreamdoctor.com. We reply within 2 business days. Please don't include details of your dreams or health in your email unless you need to.

When reporting a problem, tell us your iPhone model, iOS version, the app version (in Me, at the bottom) and what you were doing when it happened.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and we'll email you a link to set a new one. If you signed up with Apple or Google, sign in with the same button instead.

How do I download my data?

Go to Me, then Privacy, then Download my data.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Me, then Account, then Delete account. This deletes your account and everything in it: dreams, Dream Journeys, nights, check-ins, messages and voice data. It can't be undone. If you can't open the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.

Using Dream Doctor

Do I have to speak?

No. Every voice step has a Type option. If the microphone isn't working, check that Dream Doctor has permission in your iPhone's Settings, under Dream Doctor.

My Dream Journey is taking a while

Creating a Dream Journey usually takes under a minute. If it takes longer, tap Notify me and we'll send a notification when it's ready. If creation fails, tap Try again.

Does it work without internet?

Yes, for the most important moments. You can capture a dream in the night, play a Dream Journey you've already listened to, and use the breathing, relaxation and support tools offline. Creating a new ending or Dream Journey needs a connection.

I missed a night

That's fine. Just pick up the next night. Dream Doctor counts total nights, and your count never resets.

How do I change reminders or the Night look?

Go to Me to change your bedtime, wake time, reminder and look. Auto turns on Night at your bedtime and back to Day when you wake.
